Overview

WuXi Biology-US is seeking a Project Management Associate to support the review and generation of quotations in response to client queries and coordinate the communications with clients. The ideal candidate will have a biology background, strong attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills. This role requires working collaboratively within a team and under supervision to ensure proposal deadlines are met.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming client queries and work with technical team to generate accurate and timely quotations based on project requirements.
• Coordinate efficient and effective communication with the clients and stake holders.
• Maintain and update proposal records, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
• Work closely with internal teams to gather necessary information for quotation development, contract establishment and project execution.
• Track and manage proposal timelines to ensure all deadlines are met.
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance with company standards in all quotations.
• Assist in refining quotation workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: Prior experience in project coordination, quotation generation, business development, or a related field is preferred.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:

• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Fluent in Chinese is a preferred.
• Technical Skills: Strong administrative skills and proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with project management tools is an advantage.
• Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, strong analytical, organizational, and multi-task time-management abilities.
• Detail-Oriented: Ability to review and analyze complex data.
• Team Player: Works well within a structured team environment and under supervision.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to work in an onsite office environment.
• Ability to stand /sit/walk for long periods of time.
• Must be able to perform some activities with repetitive motion, such as keyboarding.
• Must be able to travel for long distances in various methods of transportation (e.g. car, airplane, shuttle bus, train, etc.)
• Must be able to navigate to and from site locations, hotel, and airports with personal luggage and laptop.
• Must be able to work in environment with variable noise levels.

Anticipated salary range: $56,535 to $73,796
