Aphena Pharma Solutions is looking for a Project Manager to lead product launches, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure our customers receive exceptional service from concept to completion.
What You'll Do

Lead and support multiple projects from launch through ongoing production
Develop project plans, timelines, and production schedules
Coordinate with Sales, Manufacturing, Quality, Shipping, and Customers
Manage customer inventory and production forecasting
Create and maintain documentation, protocols, work instructions, and change controls
Identify risks, solve problems, and keep projects on track
Serve as the primary communication link between Aphena and our customers
Deliver outstanding customer service while meeting critical deadlines

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience in manufacturing, project management, or production planning
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Experience working with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams
Pharmaceutical, cGMP, DEA-regulated, or contract manufacturing experience preferred
PMP certification is a plus
