Job Description
Overview
The Project Manager will manage strategic projects which may include facility construction, IT implementations, and other strategic
operations and process improvements. Required skills include excellent oral and written communication through all levels of the
organization, schedule development and monitoring, budget tracking and reporting, change control, risk management, and coordination with
key stakeholders.
Compensation: $120,000 - $130,000
Work Location: Remote
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Coordinating project schedules, resources, equipment, and information.
• Manage strategic projects which may include facility construction, IT implementations, and other strategic operations and process
improvements.
• Liaising with stakeholders to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
• Produce project progress reports and briefings as required.
• Manage all elements of the project budget, including SOW's, RO's, PO's, invoice approval, etc.
• Manage changes throughout the project life cycle, negotiating and communicating with stakeholders.
• Lead and conduct progress/status meetings in addition to developing meeting agendas and meeting minutes.
• Develop and facilitate a project risk management schedule.
Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in project management.
• Experience in all levels of the project life cycle, including feasibility, procurement, design review, requirements review, test review,
contract management and change control.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with presenting work products and facilitating work sessions.
• Experience in collaborating on project issues and working independently with minimal direction.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project.
• Experience in strategic program/project planning.
• Experience in project management in a healthcare/pharmaceutical industry setting preferred.

• Cognitive: Problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills; computer and software skills; and ability to read and interpret text online or in printed form.
