Job Description

We partner with pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device organizations to navigate complexity, accelerate project timelines, and maintain a strong state of compliance and audit readiness.

We are currently seeking a Project Scheduler who will support the Automation Program Management Office with managing project(s) automation schedules on a large scale capital project for a key client in Lebanon, IN.

This is a remote position and can be based anywhere in the United States, Occasional travel for onsite work is required (5 days every 2 months in average) during the basic/detailed design phase of the project. Opportunity for full-time onsite support needs during various phases of construction and verification activities.

Responsibilities:
  • Development of the automation project(s) schedule.
  • Maintain and manage the automation project(s) schedule.
  • Integrate vendor and system integrator schedules into automation schedule.
  • Support continuous integration of automation schedule into the overall project schedule.
  • Regularly review critical path, schedule content, variances, use of relationships and lags, constraints, and milestones.
  • Create and maintain schedule related metrics, dashboards, and reports.
  • Interact with automation project managers and other stakeholders to obtain schedule updates.
  • Contribute to preparation of monthly reports to stakeholders.

Requirements:
  • Proficiency with Primavera P6 scheduling software.
  • 5+ years experience in providing project management support in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience in supporting automation projects in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proficiency with Excel (as a tool for tracking, analyzing, and visualizing schedule KPIs).
  • Familiarity with process automation project phases within capital projects.
  • Exceptionally well organized with an aptitude for data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid networking and interpersonal skill.
