Role Summary

As a Radioisotope Communications & Translation Liaison, you'll play a pivotal role in driving internal communication, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions in the Radioisotope Department. You will serve as the essential linguistic bridge, ensuring that technical information and administrative workflows move accurately between languages.

Key Responsibilities
  • Expert Translation: Provide accurate written and verbal translation (Mandarin ↔ English) for technical radioisotope documents and internal communications.
  • Stakeholder Support: Participate in meetings with specific stakeholders to provide real-time Mandarin communication support.
  • Document Adaptation: Assist in adapting training sessions and internal materials to ensure they are linguistically and culturally appropriate.
  • Candidate Pipeline Support: Assist in identifying talent by sharing resumes with hiring managers to support department growth.
  • Administrative Coordination: Provide high-level administrative support to the department to ensure daily operations run smoothly.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Mandarin Proficiency: Professional fluency in Mandarin (written and verbal) is strictly required.
  • Business Knowledge: A strong understanding of Business or Administration is preferred.
  • Cultural Awareness: High level of cultural adaptability to work across international teams.
  • Independence: Proven ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule (20-40 hours per week).
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
