NO WEEKENDS, NO ON-CALL, NO MIDNIGHTS
Executive Health
Shift: 8 Hours; 2-4 shifts per month
GENERAL SUMMARY:
Provides health care services to the organization's employees in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization.
Responsibilities: Provide nursing duties related to health and wellness visits for executive health physicals. These half-day physicals are delivered in a concierge-style practice. Duties include: health intake, vital signs, blood draws, immunizations; conduct in-office diagnostic testing to include PFT testing, EKGs, audiograms, step tests, lift tests, etc. Work in a team with a physician, clinic coordinator and other nursing staff to deliver exceptional patient care.

Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Michigan Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing or required professional licensure at time of hire
Preferred Experience: One to two years of occupation health experience.
