Effectively handle animalmodels & allied activities :

o    Development of biochemical and cell based in Vitro assay's using various technologies (Fluorescence Polarization, HTRF, FRET, BRET, TR-FRET, Luminescence, AlphaScreen, AlphaLisa etc)

o    Screening of NCE's using validated biochemical and cell based in vitro assay's using different technologies as specified above

o   Hands on experience in setting up qPCR, western blot assays

o   Preparing SOP drafts of validated biochemical and cell based assays

o   Drafting technical write up's for proposals to be submitted to clients

o    Experimenting record management

o    Laboratory equipment management

• Ensure safety at work :

o    Follow safety SOPs definedfor cell culture

o    Maintenance and usage ofequipment/instruments as per SOPs and general housekeeping norms.

• Maintain records, dataintegrity :

o   Maintainstrict data integrity and adhere to related policies.

• Ensure skill development ofself & team:

o   Enhanceknowledge in the work area through formal and informal means of learning

o    Focuson developing behavioral competencies through behavioral workshops and feedbackdiscussion with manager

      Required Educational Qualification:

      o    Experience: 1-3 years after MSc/M.Tech in an industry set up

             o    MSc/M.Tech in any of the applied biological sciences (Eg., Biotechnology, Microbiology, Cell Biology, Biochemistry etc.)
