We are looking for an experienced Sales Associate to join our Evansville location.

Important tasks to know for this position:

• Managing phone communications - making and answering phone calls to support patients, providers, and internal staff. Scheduling patient appointments. Coordinating and maintaining patient appointment schedules accurately and efficiently.
• Processing orders in the medical records system - entering, updating, and managing patient orders within the electronic medical records system.
• Multitasking across administrative duties - handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Inventory management - Ordering, receiving, and tracking inventory to ensure supplies are available and properly documented.

Hours: M - F (8:30 - 5:00 p.m.)
