Role: SAP Techno-Functional Consultant - Reverse Value Chain & Toolkit Management(23549-1)
Duration: 6-12+ Months Contract
Location: Santa Clara, CA (5D Onsite)

Must Have Skills
Skill 1 - Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP solutions for Reverse Logistics, Returns Management, Repair/Refurbishment, and Toolkit Management.
Skill 2 - Configure and support SAP ARM, Logistics (MM/SD/LE), and Quality Management (QM) processes, including Quality Notifications
Skill 3 - Coordinate with business users, IT teams, offshore/onshore resources, and external vendors to ensure successful project execution.

Good To have Skills -
Skill 1 - Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and at least one full lifecycle HANA transformation project

Summary: Client is looking for an experienced SAP Techno-Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Reverse Value Chain, Toolkit Management, and Advanced Return Management (ARM) processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong SAP ABAP background, hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience, and a proven track record delivering solutions for leading semiconductor organizations (such as Client, Micron, Qualcomm, Applied Materials etc...)

Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP solutions for Reverse Logistics, Returns Management, Repair/Refurbishment, and Toolkit Management.
• Gather business requirements, drive solution design, and provide techno-functional leadership.
• Configure and support SAP ARM, Logistics (MM/SD/LE), and Quality Management (QM) processes, including Quality Notifications.
• Develop and oversee ABAP-based enhancements, interfaces, reports, workflows, and integrations.
• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, status reporting, stakeholder communications, and delivery governance.
• Coordinate with business users, IT teams, offshore/onshore resources, and external vendors to ensure successful project execution.
• Support testing, deployment, cutover, hypercare, and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Required Skills
• 12+ years of SAP experience with strong ABAP development expertise.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and at least one full lifecycle HANA transformation project.
• Strong knowledge of:
o Advanced Return Management (ARM)
o Reverse Logistics & Returns Processing
o Toolkit/Asset Management
o MM, SD, LE, and QM modules
o Quality Notifications
• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing environments.
