Overview
The Central Jersey Medical Center is a Federally Qualified Health Center in the state of NJ seeking a full time Senior Program Administrator - Addiction Medicine & Mental Health Services. Our mission is to provide services to patients regardless of ability to pay, race, ethnicity, and cultural competence. Responsibilities
We're launching an integrated addiction & mental health program-seamless MAT, counseling, same-day access. Need a sharp leader to run it all: supervise providers, build treatment plans, optimize scheduling, handle compliance (HIPAA, CARF, grants), track outcomes, manage budgets/staff.
Key Duties: Daily ops, staff supervision & training, workflow data tweaks, partner outreach, on-call rotation.

Qualifications
Master's (healthcare admin/psych/social work), 5+ years behavioral health leadership (integrated addiction/mental health ideal), certifications like LCADC/CADC, strong org/data skills, licensed preferred.
$110,000-$130,000 (experience-based), health insurance, retirement match, mission impact in a community FQHC.
