KeyResponsibilities
- Project Planning & Execution: Define project scope, develop RFPs, and oversee execution across engineering, construction, and vendor teams. Collaborate with line management to approve resource allocation and prioritization.
- Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones on time and within budget. Ensure team members have the necessary skills, operate efficiently, and receive ongoing feedback and development support.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate project status, risks, and financial updates to internal and external stakeholders. Foster strong collaboration with customer project teams and maintain transparency regarding challenges and mitigation strategies.
- Change & Risk Management: Oversee change control and ensure alignment with project objectives and lifecycle expectations.
- Client Collaboration: Partner closely with clients onsite to ensure value creation and project success.
- Innovation & Value Creation: Identify opportunities to enhance customer value through innovation and collaboration.

Qualifications:
- Willingness and ability to be based in Clayton, working in a fast-paced, project-oriented environment that supports both customers and colleagues.
- Thrive in dynamic settings, bringing energy, structure, and empathy to every project.
- A natural communicator who builds trust quickly and leads with curiosity, confidence, and clarity.
- Passionate about solving complex problems and inspiring teams to achieve excellence.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 7 years of project management experience, including at least 3 years in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven success managing mid-to-large scale design projects with total installed cost (TIC) ranging from $50M to $300M.
- Strong familiarity with GMP, project lifecycle methodologies, and design documentation standards.
- PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
