Overview

The Service Parts and Logistics Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing service spare parts on a global scale. This role ensures the availability, forecasting, and efficient distribution of parts and kits to support operational needs worldwide.

Lead global service parts and logistics operations to ensure optimal inventory levels, cost efficiency, and readiness for new product introductions. Drive innovation through advanced analytics, sustainability initiatives, and strategic partnerships to support business growth and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain spare parts and kit setups.
  • Develop and implement safety stock levels and forecasting strategies for spare parts and kits.
  • Monitor inventory and forecasts regularly, making adjustments as needed to optimize supply chain performance.
  • Collaborate with planning and manufacturing teams to ensure alignment with production schedules and service requirements.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 10-15 years of experience managing parts on a global basis.
  • Proficiency in SAP and Salesforce systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
  • Extensive experience (10-15 years) working with planning or manufacturing teams.
  • Ability to travel up to 15%

Preferred:
  • Experience in a bioprocessing company.

The estimated base salary range for this role, based in the United States of America is $120,000-180,000. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to an individual's qualifications, location, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Additionally, employees are eligible to participate in one of our variable cash programs (bonus or commission) and eligible roles may receive equity as part of the compensation package.
