What You'll Do
- Coordinate medication deliveries with patients and healthcare facilities
- Contact physician offices to secure prior authorizations within designated timeframes
- Process prescription orders received from referral sources by phone and fax
- Maintain accurate patient information within Hub Program databases and spreadsheets
- Communicate professionally and compassionately with patients, providers, and referral partners
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and safety guidelines
- Help keep workflow organized and moving efficiently in a fast-paced environment
We are seeking someone who is:
- Reliable, self-motivated, and accountable
- Comfortable working independently in a hybrid setting
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Patient-focused with excellent customer service skills
- Able to manage changing priorities and deadlines effectively
- A strong communicator both verbally and in writing
- Comfortable navigating computer systems, databases, and Microsoft Office applications
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and database systems
- Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT)
