About the Role:
(This position is part of our Corporate Legal Compliance team)

We are seeking a highly motivated professional to strengthen our healthcare compliance program through data-driven monitoring and analytics. This role will focus on translating regulatory requirements and risk insights into actionable dashboards, key risk indicators (KRIs), and reporting that support effective oversight of commercial activities.

Your Contributions (include, but are not limited to):
  • Design and execute data-driven compliance monitoring initiatives aligned with organizational priorities
  • Translate compliance requirements into measurable monitoring frameworks, KRIs, and reporting tools
  • Develop and maintain dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) to deliver actionable insights to Compliance leadership
  • Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities to enhance compliance oversight
  • Partner cross-functionally with Compliance, Legal, and Commercial teams to improve monitoring effectiveness
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) with 6+ years related exp
  • Strong expertise in building dashboards and data visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
  • Experience in compliance, monitoring, analytics, or commercial operations
  • Experience developing key risk indicators (KRIs) and compliance reporting frameworks
  • Understanding of U.S. healthcare compliance laws and regulations
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) certification preferred
  • 0-5% U.S. travel required

The annual base salary we reasonably expect to pay is $103,300.00-$141,000.00. Individual pay decisions depend on various factors, such as primary work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus with a target of 20% of the earned base salary and eligibility to participate in our equity based long term incentive program. Benefits offered include a retirement savings plan (with company match), paid vacation, holiday and personal days, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits to include medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
