Position Summary:
The Sr. Manager, Medical Information & Operations contributes tactical and scientific inputs for the development and delivery of high-quality medical information for assigned Taiho Oncology products. Serving as a key therapeutic area resource. This role provides oversight of complex medical and scientific responses and provides medical and scientific review of promotional and non-promotional materials within the Medical Review Committee. The Sr. Manager supports key business priorities including product launches and congress activities. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as required.

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $175,100- $206,000 annually. This pay range is based on the market range for positions of this type. However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including annual bonus/incentive comp plans, potential long term incentive plan, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if a candidate/employee receives an offer of employment.
If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Performance Objectives:
- Provide tactical and scientific input for Medical Information operations, MI content strategy, quality standards, and operational priorities across assigned Taiho Oncology products.
- Serve as a key therapeutic area resource, overseeing the development, approval, and governance of complex medical information resources including standard response letters, documents, and FAQs.
- Perform medical and scientific review of promotional and scientific exchange materials within the Medical Review Committee in partnership with Medical Directors, ensuring the highest standards of scientific accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Oversee the development, implementation, and ongoing governance of MA policies, guidelines, and SOPs ensuring adherence to applicable FDA guidance and company compliance standards.
- Drive and implement continuous improvement initiatives to advance MI efficiency, quality, and scalability across the Medical Information function.
- Represent Medical Information at scientific congresses and provide scientific leadership on cross-functional strategic initiatives and business priorities including product launches.
- Experience with AI tools and supporting the implementation of AI-driven solutions to improve Medical Information processes is preferred.
- Fostering a culture of scientific excellence, accountability, and continuous enhancement within the Medical Information function.
Education/Certification Requirements:
- PharmD, RN, or other advanced degree in life sciences required.
- Licensure or certification in a health sciences field preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Medical Affairs, Medical Information, promotional review, or related roles within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry is required.
- Experience in oncology or specialty therapeutics is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience leading or overseeing medical review processes is required.
- Strong scientific, clinical, and regulatory knowledge with the ability to critically evaluate, synthesize, and communicate complex data to diverse audiences.
- Prior experience with AI projects or AI-driven initiatives within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; demonstrated ability to influence and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to drive alignment, build consensus, and deliver results in a cross-functional, matrixed environment.
- Strategic thinking ability with demonstrated capacity to translate data and insights into actionable recommendations and functional improvements.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize, manage, and deliver on multiple complex initiatives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
