GENERAL SUMMARY:

The Senior Project Manager leads large-scale, systemwide projects with cross-functional impact across Henry Ford Health. This senior role is accountable for end-to-end project delivery, from initiation through sustainment, and ensures alignment with enterprise priorities and governance standards. The Senior Project Manager demonstrates advanced capabilities in budget forecasting, benefit realization, quality management, and stakeholder communication. This position manages high-risk, high-visibility projects that drive measurable improvements in operational performance and system integration.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Engineering, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum seven (7) years of progressively responsible project management experience, including enterprise or multi-site initiatives.
• Proven ability to lead large, cross-functional teams and manage complex budgets.
• Expertise in risk mitigation, governance, and quality management required.
