Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Supply Chain professional to join our team. Reporting to the Manager, Supply Chain & Analytics, this role will support the development and execution of effective supply plans to meet business objectives. In this role, you will be the key liaison for coordinating supply activities across multiple locations, identifying opportunities to leverage excess capacity, and standardizing processes to improve intercompany collaboration. This role offers an exciting opportunity to balance day-to-day planning activities with strategic initiatives to enhance intercompany efficiency and resource utilization.

Responsibilities:
Supply Planning
- Develop and manage supply plans to meet customer demands while optimizing capacity usage and raw material inventory
- Monitor and adjust supply plans in response to changes in demand, material availability, and/or production capacity
- Collaborate with Operations, Logistics, and Finance teams to align supply chain activities with broader business goals
- Analyze raw material inventory levels and implement strategies to reduce excess stock and avoid shortages
- Develop and communicate supply chain key performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions
Intercompany Coordination
- Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve intercompany supply constraints and address capacity bottlenecks
- Utilize planning tools and systems to enhance visibility and decision-making across the RLG network
- Proactively identify opportunities for leveraging excess capacity across intercompany networks, redistributing workloads to optimize resource utilization and meet production and delivery targets
- Standardize intercompany supply chain processes and data management to improve efficiency, consistency, and decision-making
- Liaise between individual production sites to ensure smooth and effective transfer of demand

Qualifications:
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in supply planning, inventory management, or a similar role
- Familiarity with ERP systems, especially in packaging industry
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and experience using data to drive decisions
