About the Role:
The HEOR Analyst will support health economics and outcomes research activities, with a focus on project management and real-world evidence (RWE) generation. This role will support cross-functional project coordination, collaborate with external vendors, and contribute to evidence development to support market access and value strategy.
This is a 12-month contract position with the potential for extension.

About the Role:
The HEOR Analyst will support health economics and outcomes research activities, with a focus on project management and real-world evidence (RWE) generation. This role will support cross-functional project coordination, collaborate with external vendors, and contribute to evidence development to support market access and value strategy.
This is a 12-month contract position with the potential for extension.
Your Contributions (include, but are not limited to):
- Support day-to-day project management activities for HEOR studies, including maintaining timelines, trackers, and deliverables, with increasing ownership over time
- Contribute to the design and execution of real-world evidence (RWE) studies, including supporting data review, exploratory analyses, and interpretation of claims-based and observational research
- Conduct literature reviews and evidence synthesis, summarizing clinical, economic, and outcomes data to inform HEOR deliverables
- Assist in coordinating with HEOR leads, internal stakeholders, and external vendors, including tracking timelines, following up on deliverables, and supporting overall project execution
- Perform quality control of datasets, analyses, and outputs; identify issues and recommend solutions
- Contribute to the development of value communication materials, including slide decks, reports, and publications
- Identify and explore opportunities for new data sources, methodologies, and analyses to address evidence gaps
- Gain exposure to HEOR strategy and application of evidence to support market access and value communication
- Take on discrete workstream ownership over time based on experience and demonstrated capability
- MS/MPH with 2+ years of HEOR, RWE, or related experience, OR
- PhD/PharmD with 1+ years of relevant experience
Core Skills
- Experience working with real-world data (e.g., claims, EMR) and observational research methods
- Experience supporting project management and working with external vendors
- Strong analytical thinking, with the ability to interpret and summarize complex data
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, including scientific/medical writing
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage stakeholder expectations
Preferred
- Experience in pharmaceutical or biotech HEOR
- Familiarity with statistical programming (e.g., SAS, R)
- Experience supporting publications or value dossiers
- Exposure to economic modeling
