Key Responsibilities
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and collaborative US Operations Senior Manager to support the operational execution of both our Commercial and Medical field teams. This individual will drive the planning, logistics, systems support, and crossfunctional coordination necessary to ensure seamless field execution. The role requires strong project management capability, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex workflows across multiple stakeholders while maintaining clear and compliant boundaries between Commercial and Medical activities. This role reports directly to the VP, US Commercial with a dotted line to the Executive Director, US Medical Affairs.
Key Responsibilities:
Commercial Operations:
- Lead project management of US Commercial team logistics, including scheduling and execution of key commercial objectives.
- Oversee field team support processes such as IT, fleet, expense reporting, and other operational enablers.
- Drive planning and execution of all National Field Meetings (NFM) and Regional Meetings.
- Manage the US Commercial calendar and facilitate weekly Commercial crossfunctional meetings.
- Partner with IT and Analytics/Insights teams to evolve and deploy tools and applications supporting commercial field execution.
- Manage daily interactions with external vendors and partners critical to Commercial field operations.
- Act as the lead point of contact with all inputs and outputs of the field CRM (Veeva)
Medical Affairs Operations:
- Oversee the US Medical team's internal communication channel and calendar.
- Coordinate day-to-day interactions with vendors and partners essential to MSL field execution & functionality.
- Facilitate and manage US Medical field team and regional Medical meetings on a biweekly basis.
Shared Responsibilities Across Both Teams:
- Lead logistics planning and seamless execution of all National Field Meetings and Regional Field Meetings.
- Maintain and continuously improve CRM processes to ensure compliant, high touch interactions across Commercial and Medical organizations.
- Operate with high integrity, maintaining appropriate confidentiality and ensuring a functional firewall between Commercial and Medical activities.
Performance Management & Reporting Structure:
- This role will be jointly supported and evaluated by both Commercial and Medical leadership.
- Compensation eligibility aligns with HQbased bonus structure and company compensation guidelines.
- The US Operations Senior Manager is responsible for upholding compliance standards and maintaining separation of duties between Commercial and Medical functions.
Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of experience in Commercial Operations, Medical Operations, Field Operations, or similar roles within the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple complex workflows simultaneously.
- Experience coordinating cross functional teams and managing largescale meetings or field events.
- Ability to work effectively with external vendors and internal stakeholders across Commercial, Medical, IT, and Analytics functions.
- Commitment to compliance, confidentiality, and operational excellence.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence without authority.

Annual salary range for US:

Actual compensation may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
