About this role
We are seeking an exceptional VP/SVP, Product & Design to lead and scale our Product Management and Product Design organizations. Reporting to the CTO, this leader will define the vision, strategy, and execution for our product portfolio while ensuring world-class user experiences across all platforms.
This role is responsible for end-to-end product leadership, including product strategy, roadmap execution, and user experience. You will lead teams across product management, product design, research, and content strategy, and partner closely with engineering, analytics, marketing, and company leadership to deliver impactful solutions that solve meaningful customer problems.
The ideal candidate combines strong product leadership with a deep appreciation for design and user experience, and has a proven track record of building high-performing teams and delivering innovative, consumer-focused products at scale.

Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Execution
- Define and lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning with company goals and market opportunities.
- Identify and pursue new product opportunities that drive growth, innovation, and customer value.
- Translate business priorities and user insights into clear product initiatives and measurable outcomes.
- Communicate product strategy, priorities, and progress to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
Product Design & User Experience
- Define and champion the design vision and user experience strategy across all products and platforms.
- Ensure high-quality, user-centered design across web, mobile, and emerging platforms.
- Promote user research, experimentation, and rapid iteration to continuously improve product experiences.
Team & Organizational Leadership
- Build and lead high-performing teams across product management, design, research, and content strategy.
Recruit, mentor, and develop top talent while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability. - Establish scalable processes and strong cross-functional partnerships with engineering, analytics, marketing, and business leaders.
Strategic Leadership
- Contribute to company and technology leadership discussions and help shape broader business strategy.
Serve as a senior thought leader for product and user experience across the organization.
Skills and Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in product management, product design, or related disciplines.
- Proven experience leading multidisciplinary product and design teams.
- Strong track record of building and scaling successful consumer-facing digital products.
- Demonstrated ability to define product strategy and deliver meaningful business impact.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and modern product development practices.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using experimentation and insights to guide product decisions.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience operating in high-growth, fast-paced environments and solving complex customer problems.
