Imaging Healthcare Specialists (IHS) is seeking an X-Ray Technologist to deliver compassionate, high-quality diagnostic imaging that helps physicians make accurate diagnoses and improves patient outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Perform X-ray imaging procedures with precision, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
- Review imaging orders, verify patient information, and maintain exam accuracy.
- Operate imaging equipment and manage digital files through PACS systems.
- Maintain quality control standards and report maintenance needs promptly.
- Support other imaging teams and contribute to department efficiency.
- Apply Lean principles to continuously improve processes and patient care.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in Radiologic Sciences required.
- Current ARRT, CRT, and CPR certifications.
- 0-1 year of experience (new grads welcome!).
- Strong communication, teamwork, and attention to detail.
- Commitment to patient-centered care and professional ethics.
