The wait is over! Xtalks Open Mic is officially live.

What happens when you hand the mic to voices from across life sciences, from industry leaders to academic experts and healthcare innovators, and let them speak openly, with no scripts and no filters?

You get real talk from the people who live and shape this field every day.

We’re proud to introduce the first 15 voices of Xtalks Open Mic. We designed this initiative to amplify authentic perspectives from across pharma, biotech, medtech, healthcare and academia. For our debut, we invited our global life sciences community to share what inspires them, what challenges them and what they hope for the future.

But this is just the beginning. We’ll be rolling out a steady stream of new questions, from evergreen topics that reflect timeless industry values to trending issues shaping the future of healthcare, technology and research. Each new round of questions will spark deeper dialogue and invite fresh perspectives from professionals worldwide.

Why Xtalks Open Mic?
