Terms and Conditions – Webinar Rebroadcasts
Scope of Service
The Webinar Rebroadcast service includes the hosting and replay of an Xtalks client’s webinar on the Xtalks platform at an agreed date and time after an initial live Xtalks event. Deliverables include scheduling, promotion, and the rebroadcast of the webinar content. Xtalks will deliver the client’s webinar rebroadcast in one of the following formats: (i) two live broadcasts with speakers available for Q&A in both sessions, (ii) one live broadcast with Q&A and one recorded session without Q&A, or (iii) one live broadcast with Q&A and one recorded session accompanied by live speaker Q&A. Any additional customizations beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges at the discretion of Honeycomb Worldwide Inc.
Client Responsibilities
Where a format includes live participation, the client must ensure speaker availability for the scheduled session(s) and confirm that speakers are prepared to participate in live Q&A segments, if applicable. If edits or updates to the recording are required, the client must communicate these within six hours prior to rebroadcast.
Delivery Timeline
Rebroadcast timelines must be scheduled in coordination with an Xtalks client services manager and must be within 2 weeks of the live event.
Rebroadcast Delivery
Rebroadcasts will be delivered at the scheduled time agreed between the client and Xtalks. A second Xtalks event page will be created to promote the rebroadcasted event. No additional audience guarantees are provided as part of the rebroadcast service. Additional rebroadcast promotional activities beyond the scope of what is outlined in the client’s Xtalks Webinar Sales Agreement are not included in the package.
Integration with Sales Agreement
These Webinar Rebroadcast Terms and Conditions form a product-specific supplement to the client’s Xtalks Webinar Sales Agreement. All terms and provisions set forth in the Xtalks Webinar Sales Agreement, including but not limited to payment, cancellation, indemnification, confidentiality, limitation of liability, intellectual property rights and governing law, shall apply equally to the Webinar Rebroadcast service. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and the Xtalks Webinar Sales Agreement, the Sales Agreement shall prevail except where these Terms expressly provide otherwise.
