Xtalks is a Honeycomb Worldwide Inc (“Honeycomb”) trademarked brand.  Xtalks Talent Acquisition & Branding Bundle consists of three (3) components: an Xtalks Spotlight video, a dedicated Xtalks Life Science Podcast episode and job postings on Xtalks Job Search.

Spotlight video:  Pre-scripted remote video interview (up to 15 mins in length) produced by Xtalks and promoted to 50,000 Xtalks members. The client will be given the opportunity to approve the content before the video is posted and distributed. This Spotlight credit will expire twelve (12) months from the date of purchase; Honeycomb has a no refunds policy. Honeycomb does not take any responsibility for the opinions expressed during the Spotlight video, or the accuracy of the content. Honeycomb does not endorse any products, brands, organizations, or information presented during the Spotlight video.

Xtalks Life Science Podcast: Dedicated pre-recorded episode (up to 45 minutes in length). The podcast will be made available across all major podcasting platforms. The client will be given the opportunity to approve the content before the podcast is published.  This podcast credit will expire twelve (12) months from the date of purchase; Honeycomb has a no refunds policy. Honeycomb does not take any responsibility for the opinions expressed during the podcast, or the accuracy of the content. Honeycomb does not endorse any products, brands, organizations, or information presented during the podcast.

Xtalks Job Search: Client may post up to twenty (20) job advertisements a month on Xtalks Job Search for twelve (12) consecutive months. Job advertisements, once posted, will be displayed on Xtalks Job Search for thirty (30 days) or for a shorter period if the client elects to remove the advertisement for any reason (e.g., because the employment vacancy has been filled). Unused job post credits cannot be carried over into future months. Honeycomb has a no refunds policy and makes no guarantees as to the performance of the job postings. Job credits are not redeemable for cash and cannot be resold. Client must not post a job advertisement that is in breach of employment law, that is discriminatory, does not abide by equal opportunity guidelines or is misrepresentative of the actual terms of employment. To ensure the integrity of the Job Board, to protect and provide value to users, Honeycomb reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or delete any job postings that are deemed to be inappropriate, not relevant, or non-compliant with employment laws, standards, or expectations.
