She currently manages the strategy and operations of the Otsuka Patient Assistance Foundation, Inc. on behalf of Otsuka America Pharmaceuticals, Inc.  She’s an expert in field reimbursement, patient access programs, as well as free goods programs. She brings a holistic approach to the strategic vision and implementation of patient support programs focusing on short- and long-term needs of patients throughout their health journey.

Sally Wiggell is a senior project manager with over 20 years’ experience. She has partnered with several Fortune 100 companies to provide program and project management on large scale strategic projects resulting in significant operational value. Sally has experience managing health economics and outcomes research projects and successfully launching, transitioning and transforming numerous hub programs to meet pharmaceutical manufacturers’ needs. More recently, Sally has taken a primary role in the development of technology solutions geared towards removing access barriers, getting patients on therapy as quickly as possible and keeping them on therapy.

Letty Cintron-Patterson has over fifteen years of experience in the biopharmaceutical consulting industry working in the areas of reimbursement, patient access programs and medical product information reporting. Her program management experience spans across multiple therapeutic areas, including but not limited to oncology, specialty devices, endocrinology, orphan disease and mental health. She has worked on and managed patient assistance and reimbursement programs for a variety of pharmaceutical manufacturers responsible for planning, managing and executing upon complex business transformation change management and other strategic initiatives that have a broad organizational impact.
