What makes a lab design project successful varies based on who is involved in managing the project. Laboratory managers would likely define success as a lab which meets all current and future required functionality. Capital project managers may say a lab design which stays within a predefined budget and timeline.
Finding an effective balance between the competing interests of laboratory management and capital project management can often be a struggle during the lab design phase.
Join the featured speakers for this insightful webinar on effective lab design where they will explore the key steps to follow to help create successful projects for all stakeholders.
