What Are Your Proudest Life Science Achievements?

My proudest achievement is the successful assessment of image quality and radiation dose optimization in chest CT using a phantom-based study, which was later published in a Scopus-indexed journal. This work reflects my dedication to improving diagnostic accuracy while ensuring patient safety.

What Are Your Day-to-Day Job Highlights?

In my current role at PGIMER, Chandigarh, I perform and optimize MRI scans across various subspecialties. I actively contribute to image quality improvement, research activities and assist in training postgraduate students and technologists.

What Are Your Favorite Life Science Innovations?

I am deeply inspired by advancements in MRI technology, particularly in areas such as fetal brain imaging, prostate MRI, cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) flow studies, MR angiography for stroke and tumors and motion-corrected pediatric imaging. These innovations are reshaping diagnostic precision and patient comfort.

What Is Your Vision for the Future of the Industry?

I envision a future where artificial intelligence and precision imaging converge to make radiology more personalized, efficient and accessible. My goal is to advance as a researcher and contribute to AI-driven quality improvement and radiation dose optimization in medical imaging.
