Breyers, the US’s second largest ice cream maker, announced a collaboration with Cinnabon, the world-famous cinnamon rolls company. The collaboration includes a Cinnabon-inspired frozen dairy dessert.
The dessert includes cinnamon swirls throughout a sweet, cinnamon-flavored ice cream base mixed with dough bites.
“We are always exploring ways to bring our Breyers fans new and exciting innovations that remain true to our 150+ year brand heritage,” said Russel Lilly, senior director of marketing, Unilever Ice Cream North America, in a statement. “We’re thrilled to partner with Cinnabon to expand our fan-favorite Cookies & Candies line with this one-of-a-kind dessert.”
Breyers and Cinnabon are also releasing three custom recipes to accompany the frozen dessert, including Breyers Cinnabon Waffle Tacos, which is a scoop of Breyers Cinnabon wrapped up in a Cinnabon-inspired cinnamon roll waffle taco topped with toasted pecans and a drizzle of caramel. Second is the Breyers Cinnabon Cinnamon Roll Ice Cream Cone. This is a Cinnabon-inspired Cinnamon Roll ice cream cone coated in cinnamon sugar and topped with a scoop of Breyers Cinnabon and a cherry. Lastly, Breyers Cinnabon Affogato— Breyers Cinnabon mixed with Cinnabon-inspired cinnamon roll coffee and garnished with cherries and chocolate shavings.
The recipes are available online on the Breyers website and consumers are encouraged to share their creations using a hashtag created by the company — #BakeWithBreyersCinnabon —on social media platforms. The easy-to-make recipes curated by the companies that feature simple steps and uses everyday household items.
Breyers Cinnabon Frozen Dairy Dessert is now available in major retailers nationwide for a suggested retail price of $3.99.

In addition to the collaboration with Cinnabon, Breyers has also released a line of fan-favorite desserts in the layered dessert line. These combinations were inspired by the fans and include a combination of three classic Breyers flavors.
The release of the layered desserts includes a Layered Dessert S’mores, which features a layer of smooth and creamy vanilla mixed with sweet and crunchy graham crackers between the other two layers of chocolate and marshmallow. The second dessert is a limited-edition Layered Dessert Peach Cobbler. This dessert is layer of peach ice cream and shortbread pieces between the layers of vanilla with pack cobbler bites. According to the statement, this creates a classic à la mode creation in one scoop. Layered Dessert Peach Cobbler is available through September.
The layered desserts are now available nationwide in all major retailers.
