The next trend looks at a realistic sustainable food system as an ecosystem rather than individual initiatives, which often starts with sustainable farming, from cows to cod to corn and everything in between. The final trend for 2023 involves tech savviness and social media, with a greater emphasis on understanding advancements in agriculture technology and food traceability technology.
