Supervisor: Dispensary Manager

Position Summary (Lead Budtender)

Responsible for promoting and selling products, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, delivering excellent customer service, and enhancing the customer experience in-store. Lead Budtender responsibilities with the ability to open and close the store. Assist the General Manager with store duties.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Primary responsibility should always be attending to customers.
• Between customers, duties include but are not limited to:
• Labelling product
• Assisting with Inventory audits
• Stocking products/supplies
• Cleaning displays and making sure all products are forward-facing.
• Shaking out jars
• Manicuring Flower
• Maintaining in-depth knowledge of products and strains in the store, as well as industry-wide product knowledge
• Jarring flower
• Processing Pre-rolls
• General store cleaning

Qualifications

• Must possess a current Colorado MED Badge
• Prefer Minimum 4-year retail experience.
• Prefer Minimum 3-year budtending experience.

Working Conditions

Primarily in a retail environment. Must be able to stand, lift 20 lbs, see and read, work with numbers, and make sales with the Point of Service application. Weekend and evening work is expected. May be a Full-time or Part-time position.

Pay is $17.25 - $20.00 per hour, depending on location.
