Responsibilities

    Lead the planning and execution of catering events from first inquiry to final applause.

    Build strong client relationships by listening, advising, and delivering beyond expectations.

    Collaborate with culinary, banquet, and operations teams to ensure seamless event execution.

    Drive revenue by identifying upsell opportunities and maximizing event potential.

    Manage event details including contracts, timelines, room setups, and service flow.
