Grane Rx is hiring a Certified Pharmacy Fill Technician for our Mid shift (10:30am-7pm). We're looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a team-focused environment. If you're committed to accuracy and enjoy working with others who take pride in their work, we'd love to hear from you.
This role offers a mix of responsibilities, including working with pharmacy automation systems, manual packaging tasks, and coordination of deliveries. You'll be part of a fast-paced operation where meeting deadlines and adapting to shifting priorities are key to success.
Responsibilities
What You'll Do
• Operate automated dispensing equipment to fill and package medication orders
• Perform manual packaging, labeling, and staging of medications for delivery
• Work under the supervision of a Registered Pharmacist
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Ensure proper storage and security of medications
• Support special projects and contribute to team goals
• Uphold company policies and ethical standards
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and respectful workplace
• Adapt to changing workflow demands and time-sensitive tasks
What We're Looking For
• Active, non-provisional Pharmacy Technician Certification required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Pharmacy technician experience preferred
• Familiarity with basic drug terminology
• Experience working with automation systems preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and adaptable
• Comfortable working under deadlines in a dynamic environment
