POSITION SUMMARY:

Clean and maintain cleanliness of warehouse and production areas. Assist with minor repair and maintenance tasks as required.

Responsibilities include:

1. Upkeep of floors in warehouse and production areas, which involves sweeping, washing and refinishing.
2. Upkeep of walls and windows in warehouse and production areas, which includes washing and painting
3. Back up to office Cleaning Person, which includes:
   • Daily cleaning of bathrooms: toilets, floors, sink, walls.
   • Daily trash removal, vacuuming, dusting wiping surfaces in office & common areas
   • Daily cleaning of kitchen and locker room areas: floors, counters, tables, appliances
   • Daily sanitation of high-touch areas: doorknobs, common area appliances
4. Regular vacuuming, dusting, washing, sweeping and/or mopping
5. Replenishing bathroom and kitchen supplies.
6. Assist Maintenance as necessary with changing light bulbs, moving and/or assembling furniture, other minor repairs...etc.
7. Performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous professional cleaning experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to follow directions and complete paperwork such as cleaning logs
• Demonstrated dependability, good attendance
• Good attention to detail and pride in job well done
• Must provide references

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Must be able to wear safety glasses and safety shoes
• Continuous walking and /or standing
• Ability to lift/push/pull up to 20lbs frequently
• Ability to operate a motorized floor cleaning machine
