Neurotech is seeking a talented and motivated Communications Manager to join our team. The Communications Manager will execute external and internal communications, conference management, and digital presence initiatives. Neurotech offers the unique opportunity to make a significant impact in the field of Ophthalmology, working alongside passionate professionals who are dedicated to advancing science and improving patient outcomes. As Communications Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's public profile and driving engagement.

This is an in-person position and will support both offices, which are located in Needham, MA and Cumberland, RI.

Job Requirements

• Coordinate conference scheduling, including managing sponsorships and event logistics.
• Draft, edit, and oversee materials such as press releases, internal memos, and external communications to ensure alignment with corporate messaging.
• Develop and manage a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance awareness and engagement.
• Oversee management and updates of the company website and internal intranet platforms.
• Support the creation, editing, and version management of Neurotech corporate presentations.
• Coordinate and execute company events, ensuring seamless communication and engagement with stakeholders.
• Evaluate and integrate AI tools and technologies to enhance communication processes and outreach.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• 4 - 7 years of professional experience in Corporate Communications or PR, ideally within Ophthalmology, scientific, or pharma sectors.
• Proven ability to develop and execute communication strategies across multiple platforms.
• Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for diverse audiences.
• Experience managing social media channels and digital content.
• Experience managing websites and internal intranets, including content creation and updates.
• Familiarity with AI tools for communications.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
