What you will be working on:
The Compliance Manager supports and manages the organization's day-to-day compliance program to ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. This role provides leadership in developing compliance strategies, conducting risk assessments, and fostering a culture of integrity and accountability across the organization.

This role provides leadership in developing compliance strategies, conducting risk assessments, and fostering a culture of integrity and accountability across the organization.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the organization's compliance program, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Develop, implement, and update compliance policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular compliance risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Oversee compliance monitoring and auditing activities; ensure timely resolution of identified issues.
- Design and deliver compliance training programs for employees and leadership.
- Perform investigations of compliance-related issues and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and present compliance reports to senior leadership and governing bodies.
What you'll know:
- A successful applicant must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Legal Studies, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- CHC, CHPC, CCEP, or similar certification required.
- 5+ years of healthcare compliance experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., healthcare, financial, or industry-specific regulations).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze complex regulations and implement practical solutions.
- Proficiency in compliance management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
