With rapid growth comes opportunity. We are looking for a Customer Service Representative I to join our team in Camarillo, CA! This is a full-time temporary, non-exempt position.

Responsibilities:
  • Provides high level of customer service by inputting and ensuring correct processing of customer orders, returns, and repairs submitted via various input methods.
  • Processes invoice orders and prepares/sends paper and email invoices to customers.
  • Participates in process improvement efforts to build capacity, improve service, and improve quality on an as needed basis.
  • Assists customers via phone, live chat, and e-commerce with questions regarding products, pricing, order details and first level technical assistances.
  • Assists with coordination of Shipping, Production, Accounting, and Quality Control with levels II & III when needed.
  • Coordinate and process instrument repairs on behalf of customers. Follow processes in all business systems to track repairs until process is fully complete.
  • Ensures compliance with and/or follows all organizational systems, programs, training, policies, and procedures as required and complies with relevant legal mandates. Seeks guidance as necessary.
  • Actively supports and participates in the safety program, both for self-protection and the protection of other employees, by reading and abiding by all requirements in the Safety Manual and Injury Illness Prevention Program (IIPP).
  • Carries out all responsibilities in an honest, ethical and professional manner.
  • Must be able to fulfill essential job function in a consistent state of alertness and safe manner.
  • Handles various other duties as delegated by the Customer Service Manager.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of customer support experience required - some customer service experience preferred
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required
  • Experience with customer database software, i.e. MS Navision and MS CRM preferred

Salary Range (applicable to California):

$21.00 - $23.00 DOE
