Compensation: $43/$47 per hour (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain complex workforce and hiring data within Smartsheet
- Clean, validate, transform, and integrate large datasets from multiple sources
- Develop and sustain advanced Excel forecasting models
- Build and update executive-level dashboards and reporting visualizations in Power BI
- Support operational analytics, workforce planning, and resource management initiatives
- Generate timely tracking and reporting on hiring progress and onboarding status
- Consolidate data to provide single-source reporting for cross-functional teams
- Identify and resolve discrepancies or gaps in datasets
- Document data definitions, workflows, and improvement opportunities
- Ensure alignment of hiring data with onboarding activities and program transitions
Required Experience & Skills
- 3+ years of experience working with large datasets in operations, analytics, or workforce planning environments
- Strong data management, data entry, cleansing, and validation skills
- Advanced Excel proficiency (including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, forecasting models)
- Experience with Smartsheet and Power BI (or similar dashboard/reporting tools)
- Ability to work with complex data from multiple sources and maintain data integrity
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (required)
- Bachelor's with 5+ years relevant experience strongly preferred
- Experience in HR data analytics, workforce planning, resource management, or operational analytics environments
Top 3 Must Have Skills

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Maintain and update centralized hiring datasets across Smartsheet, OrgVue, and CapCity
- Perform ongoing data entry and reconciliation for hiring and onboarding status
- Validate, clean, and consolidate large datasets to support timely, accurate reporting
- Generate weekly and monthly hiring progress and onboarding reports
- Support execution leads by flagging data gaps or risks, ensuring onboarding readiness
- Document processes and assist in process improvement to improve data consistency
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree & 2+ years of experience (Engineering, Operations, OR Scientific)
