Digital Marketing Associate
Join our marketing team in a hands-on digital marketing role where you will help deliver measurable, multi-channel B2B campaigns across email, social media, web content and digital platforms. This is an excellent opportunity for a digitally minded marketing professional who enjoys combining creativity, organisation and data to support campaign performance and audience engagement. You will work across a broad range of marketing activities, gain exposure to modern marketing tools and channels, and contribute to initiatives that support brand visibility, lead generation and commercial growth.
This role can be based either in Philadelphia, US or Nottingham, UK.

Digital Marketing Associate

Key responsibilities
- Support the planning, creation and execution of digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, website and digital advertising channels
- Manage email marketing activity, including drafting content, updating templates, segmenting audiences, supporting A/B testing and tracking campaign performance
- Review and route inbound digital leads, including web form submissions, to the appropriate internal stakeholders for timely follow-up
- Maintain and update contact, lead and campaign records within CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce and Pardot
- Coordinate day-to-day social media activity, including content planning, scheduling, publishing and community monitoring
- Create and adapt digital content, including email copy, social posts, short-form assets and supporting campaign materials
- Support website and landing page updates through the content management system, including SEO-focused edits and content optimisation
- Assist with digital advertising activity, third-party directory listings, Google and Bing business pages, and other online profile updates
- Compile and analyse data from key channels to support campaign reporting, performance reviews and continuous improvement
- Conduct keyword, competitor and market research to help identify content opportunities and inform marketing decisions
- Work closely with internal teams, subject matter experts and external partners to support integrated campaign delivery
- Ensure digital marketing activity aligns with brand standards, internal processes and relevant compliance requirements
Skills and experience required
Essential:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Approximately 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing coordination or marketing support
- Working knowledge of email marketing, social media and digital content development
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to draft clear, accurate and engaging content
- Good analytical skills and confidence working with campaign data, reporting and spreadsheets
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- A collaborative, dependable and detail-oriented approach to work
Preferred:
- Experience in life sciences, healthcare, pharmaceutical services or another technical B2B environment
- Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce
- Experience using marketing automation tools such as Pardot or HubSpot
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and SEO principles
- Exposure to PPC or other digital advertising platforms
- Experience using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
Learning opportunities
