Job Description
This position is responsible for providing high-level operational and administrative support to the Chief Administrative Officer while overseeing strategic initiatives, operational analytics, financial reporting, project management efforts, divisional coordination, and organizational alignment. The Director, Administrative Services ensures operational initiatives are effectively implemented through strong communication, accountability, follow-through, and collaboration across departments. This role also supports financial modeling, forecasting, contract coordination, process improvement initiatives, and executive reporting that contribute to operational efficiency and strategic growth throughout the organization.

- Operational Leadership: Provide oversight and coordination for designated administrative and operational support functions while supporting organizational alignment and operational consistency.
- Financial Reporting & Analytics: Develop and maintain executive-level reports, dashboards, forecasting models, and operational analytics that support strategic decision-making and performance monitoring.
- Project Management: Lead enterprise-wide projects and operational initiatives from planning through implementation while ensuring timelines, deliverables, and objectives are achieved.
- Strategic Support: Collaborate closely with executive leadership to support operational priorities, divisional initiatives, and organizational growth strategies.
- Contract & Vendor Coordination: Assist with contract oversight, vendor coordination, operational process improvements, and workflow standardization.
- Operational Accountability: Ensure active follow-through on operational initiatives, departmental needs, and organizational action items across divisions.
- Provide direct operational and administrative support to the Chief Administrative Officer.
- Lead and manage organization-wide operational projects and strategic initiatives.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication and accountability across departments and divisions.
- Support financial forecasting, operational reporting, executive presentations, and analytics preparation.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for workflow optimization and operational improvement.
- Monitor strategic initiative progress and ensure timely completion of organizational deliverables.
- Support divisional operational needs and enterprise alignment efforts.
- Coordinate contracts, vendor initiatives, and administrative processes.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive organizational information.
- Promote operational excellence, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
Qualifications:
- A successful applicant must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- BS in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or related field required; Master's degree strongly preferred
- Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, and project management capabilities.
- Advanced financial reporting, operational analytics, forecasting, and modeling experience.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to manage complex operational initiatives and organizational priorities.
- Strong understanding of healthcare operations and administrative workflow management.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting platforms.
