SUMMARY
In close collaboration with the Commercial Head, you develop and execute a growth strategy for the Northern Europe territory in line with CordenPharma's overall business objectives. You identify and engage potential customers that represent a strong strategic fit for CordenPharma, either independently or in collaboration with the Commercial Head, Marketing, and other internal stakeholders. You actively drive business opportunities across the full sales cycle, from initial prospecting through to successful negotiation and closure. In parallel, you manage and further develop a diverse portfolio of Biotech and Pharma customers within the Drug Product (Injectables) unit, ensuring sustainable partnerships and value creation. All sales activities and negotiations are conducted in alignment with the agreed Business Plan.

What you do
Strategic
- You identify and develop new clinical and commercial opportunities for the Drug Product (Injectables) unit and actively generate cross-selling opportunities across other CordenPharma Business Units.
- You contribute to the development of business cases and establish a structured customer engagement and visit plan for your territory.
- You represent CordenPharma at relevant industry events, conferences, and trade shows to strengthen our market presence.
Operational
- You proactively engage prospects and customers across the pharma, biotech, and diagnostic sectors and present Corden Pharma's capabilities and services in a compelling way.
- You manage sales opportunities end-to-end - from initial contact and RFP review to internal project evaluation, proposal preparation, and pricing alignment with our sites.
- You negotiate MSAs and CSAs in close collaboration with internal stakeholders and successfully close opportunities in line with the Business Plan.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or Life Sciences; PhD and/or MBA considered an advantage.
- Strong market awareness within Injectables, including competitive landscape, customer needs, and emerging trends.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and deploy territory action plans and align activities with commercial strategy.
- Multiple years of relevant experience in CDMO sales and account management with exposure to C-level customers.
- Demonstrated successful track record in selling Injectables services, particularly aseptic fill & finish.
- Deep technical expertise in sterile manufacturing, enabling credible and value-driven customer engagement.
- Ability to engage confidently with both technical and commercial stakeholders, translating scientific concepts into strategic business opportunities.
- Experience working with CRM systems (we work with Salesforce).
- Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.
