Alphanumeric is hiring a FINANCE MANAGER - Level 2 to work in Marietta, PA with our client of 20 years committed to improving lives through medical and pharmaceutical advancements.
Pay Range: $48 - $55.
Reporting to the Site Finance Head, the Finance Manager - Level 2 plays a key role in supporting financial planning, reporting, compliance, and control activities for a pharmaceutical manufacturing site. This position acts as the primary finance business partner to the Engineering, Planning, and Logistics functions, providing financial insights to support operational decision-making, forecasting, cost management, and performance reporting.
The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in manufacturing finance, advanced analytical skills, and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Reporting to the Site Finance Head, the Finance Manager - Level 2 plays a key role in supporting financial planning, reporting, compliance, and control activities for a pharmaceutical manufacturing site. This position acts as the primary finance business partner to the Engineering, Planning, and Logistics functions, providing financial insights to support operational decision-making, forecasting, cost management, and performance reporting.
The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in manufacturing finance, advanced analytical skills, and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Skills/Education/Experience:
- Support site-level financial processes, reporting activities, and internal controls, while serving as backup to the Site Finance Head when required.
- Partner with Engineering, Planning, and Logistics teams to drive budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cost center management.
- Contribute to the development of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), including operating expenses (OPEX), cost recoveries, and standard product costing.
- Review and oversee month-end SAP toll processing activities managed by the SMAS Hub to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Develop and maintain product costing and cost estimates for new products using standard toll manufacturing methodologies.
- Manage the fixed asset ledger, including tracking and closing assets under construction.
- Provide financial guidance and support for site projects and capital investment initiatives.
- Collaborate with local, regional, and global finance teams to support reporting, resolve issues, and implement process improvements.
- Prepare and review intercompany transactions to ensure compliance, accuracy, and alignment with company policies.
- Perform detailed reviews of financial data to ensure completeness, accuracy, and adherence to corporate and site requirements.
- Support financial compliance initiatives, internal control processes, and accurate recording of financial transactions.
- Deliver financial analysis and operational reporting to support manufacturing performance and efficiency improvements.
