Full-Time IT Technician

Reports To: Director of IT

The IT Technician is responsible for user technical support, user training, hardware/software installation, account maintenance, logging and inventory.

• Primary Responsibilities:
  • User applications support, primarily Ring Central
  • User hardware support (desktop, printers, etc.)
  • Hardware/software installation
  • Log and track IT issues
  • User training, primarily Ring Central
  • User accounts maintenance
  • Hardware inventory and documentation
  • Backups/restores
• Shared Responsibilities:
  • Server applications
  • Support for enterprise systems planning/rollouts
• Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields preferred
• 2+ years of relevant experience required

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary: $65,000.00 - 70,000.00 per year
