We are looking for a Lead Lab Orchestration who is innovative, collaborative, and strategic to join us in our Patient Solutions team, based in our Boston or Cambridge, MA offices.

About the role

You will lead the design and implementation of scalable laboratory workflows that enable efficient, connected, and data-driven research. You will partner with scientific teams to solve real lab challenges, driving automation, digital integration, and analytics-ready data. In this role, you will accelerate research outcomes by delivering standardized and future-ready lab orchestration solutions across functions.

Who you'll work with

You will be working in a team that collaborates closely with cross-functional scientific teams across Biology, Chemistry, and Antibody research, along with digital, data, and automation experts. You will partner with vendors, platform providers, and internal stakeholders to deliver integrated laboratory solutions that improve efficiency, connectivity, and data quality.

What you'll do
  • Partner with scientific leaders to solve key laboratory challenges
  • Design scalable workflows enabling analytics-ready experimental data
  • Expand automation across Biology, Chemistry, and Antibody platforms
  • Improve instrument connectivity and automate routine lab processes
  • Lead selection and implementation of lab orchestration platforms
  • Integrate instruments and connect experimental data pipelines

Interested? For this role we're looking for the following

Minimum requirements
  • 8+ years' experience in lab automation, orchestration, or data systems
  • Proven experience integrating laboratory instruments with digital platforms
  • Substantiated understanding of scientific workflows across research functions
  • Verifyable exerience leading platform selection or implementation initiatives
  • Demonstrated stakeholder engagement and project management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or related field

Preferred requirements
  • Experience in Biology, Chemistry, or Antibody research environments
  • Advanced degree in science, engineering, or related discipline
  • Experience with electronic lab notebooks or lab systems platforms
  • Strong knowledge of automation technologies and digital connectivity
  • Ability to work across global and multidisciplinary teams
  • Experience delivering scalable, enterprise-level laboratory solutions
