Full-Time Licensed Master/Clinical Social Worker - Mental Health

Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychosocial assessment, may include diagnostic interview
- Develop and implement treatment plan
- Provide psychotherapeutic interventions, including individual psychotherapy, group psychotherapy, play therapy, family and couple counseling, and other evidence-based treatments
- Provide crisis intervention
- Provide behavioral health consultation
- Provide case management services
- Provide agency referral and follow up
- Provide community outreach/education services
- Maintain treatment records in accordance with Health Center's guidelines
- Participate in agency Quality Assurance activities and case conference
- Attend departmental meetings
- Ability to work on weekends and during late hours
- Provide supervision and guidance to interns and volunteers; LCSWs may also supervise LMSWs, as applicable
- Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited social work school
- New York State Social Worker License required
- Basic CPR (BCLS) Certification required (Health Center will provide if needed)
- Prior experience as a social worker in mental health field preferred
- Effective verbal and written communication skills a must
- Bilingual in English/Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese) required
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: $65,000.00 - 75,000.00 per year
