Logistics Administrative Assistant - Part-Time Temporary
Position Overview:
The Logistics Admin Assistant provides essential operational and administrative support to Laerdal's Logistics teams in New York and Texas. This role is responsible for accurate data entry, purchase order maintenance, and transactional support that enables the timely flow of materials and products. By ensuring data accuracy, strong follow-through, and consistent execution, this position plays a critical role in supporting supply chain operations and delivering reliable service to both internal and external customers.
This is a Part-Time Temporary role for an estimated 9-12 month assignment.

Requirements:
Salary Range: $24.18-$25.82 per hour

Responsibilities:
Purchase Order & Data Management
- Enter and maintain purchase orders with a high degree of accuracy.
- Align purchase order dates with sales order confirmations.
- Update due dates as shipments are confirmed from factories and suppliers.
Logistics & Inventory Support
- Perform cycle count data entry and support inventory accuracy.
- Process vendor invoices and related documentation.
- Complete clerical and administrative tasks in support of the Logistics team.
Coordination & Process Support
- Track and maintain accurate logistics data to support daily operations.
- Communicate updates and discrepancies to appropriate stakeholders.
- Support logistics workflows to ensure smooth coordination across teams.
Service Excellence & Values
- Provide high-quality service to internal and external customers while consistently upholding Laerdal Values.
- Demonstrate reliability, accountability, and attention to detail in all assigned tasks.
Requirements:
- Ideal candidate must reside within commuting distance to the Wappingers Falls, NY position
- Comfortability working part-time temporary work structure (Tuesday-Thursday, 8AM-4PM)
- 0-2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, operations, or an administrative support role preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on follow-up and organization.
- High attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in data-entry-intensive work.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Salary Range: $24.18-$25.82 per hour
