The Manufacturing Associate is responsible for supporting daily production operations in an FDA-regulated manufacturing environment. This role operates production equipment, performs bottle filling and packaging activities, prepares materials, and completes required documentation to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 11:00 am - 7:30 pm(***Training for the first 60-90 days will be 7:00 am - 3:30, then transition to your shift)
Compensation: $25- 30

How You'll Make an Impact
- Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot production and filling equipment according to established procedures.
- Set up production lines, equipment, and materials for daily manufacturing activities.
- Perform bottle filling, capping, labeling, and packaging operations according to batch records and work instructions.
- Conduct line clearances before and after production runs.
- Inspect bottles, labels, packaging components, and finished product for defects or discrepancies.
- Accurately complete batch records, production logs, equipment logs, and other GMP documentation.
- Stage, move, and replenish raw materials, components, and packaging supplies as needed.
- Clean, sanitize, and maintain production equipment and work areas according to SOPs.
- Follow all current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), safety procedures, and company policies.
- Escalate equipment issues, product defects, or process deviations to leadership promptly.
- Support inventory counts, material reconciliation, and waste documentation as needed.
- Assist with continuous improvement initiatives to improve safety, quality, and efficiency.
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED
- Skilled in sterile production techniques, material handling, and equipment operation.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and standardization.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills to support collaborative problem-solving
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to operate production equipment
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to perform repetitive hand movements and operate equipment controls.
- Ability to wear required PPE, including gloves, gowning, hairnets, safety glasses, and other protective equipment.
