Role Summary
We're looking for a generalist marketing specialist to lead marketing efforts for ConcertAI's oncology solutions. This individual will own messaging, launch marketing, content creation, and growth campaigns for the products listed above, and with the use of AI tools and orchestration, execute campaigns to drive growth. This role will require basic technical knowledge about the biopharma product lifecycle. This is a perfect role for a new Master's or Ph.D. graduate interested in exploring careers outside of the scientific domain, while still leveraging their technical skills.

Role Summary
We're looking for a generalist marketing specialist to lead marketing efforts for ConcertAI's oncology solutions. This individual will own messaging, launch marketing, content creation, and growth campaigns for the products listed above, and with the use of AI tools and orchestration, execute campaigns to drive growth. This role will require basic technical knowledge about the biopharma product lifecycle. Responsibilities:
- Campaign orchestration: Design and run integrated, multi-channel campaigns that combine fuel (content, creative, messaging) with engine (distribution and channels).
- AI-powered execution: Use AI tools, workflows, and agents to extend capabilities, improve velocity, and scale output-while maintaining a high quality bar. Train and enable others to do the same.
- Audience-first strategy: Start with a deep understanding of our audience and market. Use insights (powered by AI + human research) to guide positioning, differentiation, messaging, and campaign priorities.
- Cross-functional leadership: Serve as the connector between product, sales, sales enablement, and leadership teams.
- Focus on high-impact work: Set a strategy and build a roadmap around high-impact programs and campaigns, not around isolated channels and a scattered content ideas.
- Broad skillset across functions: Demonstrated working knowledge and a strong sense of what great looks like across all areas of marketing, pulling in contractors, agencies, and AI agents and tools to help as needed.
- Product marketing: Refine messaging and positioning, communicate value clearly, and translate audience insights into differentiated campaigns
- Growth & demand: Launch and optimize campaigns across multiple channels, building automated and signal-based plays, centered around moving accounts
- Content: Own the narrative and "fuel" of the company. Produce and distribute content that engages prospects, customers, candidates, and partners
- Launch marketing: Own campaigns to bring new products and features to market
- Tech stack & process: Partner with others in our marketing team to influence creation of a modern, AI-first marketing stack. Evaluate, test, and scale tools, processes, and workflows that help the team move faster.
Requirements
- Master's or PhD graduate
- At minimum 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally with exposure to multiple subfunctions (product marketing, growth/demand, content/brand) OR advanced degree in a related technical field (oncology, translational research, clinical research, etc.)
- Demonstrated strong writing skills
- Hands-on experience with AI tools for research, content, campaigns, and automation
- Strong strategic thinker with an audience-first mindset, able to translate insights into differentiation and growth.
- Scrappy and adaptable: thrives in ambiguous environments, comfortable rolling up sleeves and experimenting.
- Collaborative leader who can connect product, GTM, and leadership teams.
- High quality bar, with examples of creative, strategic, and executional excellence.
