Location: Onsite - Thousand Oaks, CA (PST preferred)
Employment Type: Contingent Worker (Contract, W2)
Contract Length: 6 months (possible extension)
Compensation: $27/$31 per hour (based on experience)
Summary of the Role
Join a big biopharma leader as an Associate Supply Chain (Dispensing) supporting the ATO31 Dispensing team. You will be responsible for processing, picking, dispensing, staging, and delivering materials required for biopharmaceutical manufacturing, all within a fast-paced, warehouse-based environment. Adherence to cGMPs, safety practices, and cleanroom protocols is vital for success in this role. Shift rotations between day and swing shifts are required.

Key Responsibilities
- Follow SOPs and departmental procedures with strict adherence to cGMP requirements
- Process, pick, dispense, and stage materials for manufacturing facilities
- Perform material handling in a warehouse setting, using Powered Industrial Vehicles (training provided)
- Gown to Grade 8-9 and operate within classified dispensary areas
- Identify, escalate, and help resolve potential risks and operational issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete warehousing and dispensing activities
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and internal operational excellence projects
- Assist during regulatory inspections and present information as required
- Maintain Kanban system for consumables and support external warehouse operations
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of all transactions per procedures
Required Experience & Skills
- Availability for rotating day and swing shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
- Ability to work under general direction and seek assistance as necessary
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and push/pull heavy loads with equipment
- Solid math skills
- Commitment to safe work practices and strong safety culture
- Adaptability to changing priorities
- Willingness to perform physical tasks in a warehouse and cleanroom-adjacent environment
Preferred Qualifications
- College degree
- GMP/GDP experience in shipping, dispensing, warehousing, manufacturing, or quality
- Experience supporting documentation revisions in CDOCS
- Knowledge of DQMS and QMTS, supporting deviation investigations and CAPA ownership
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Experience operating Powered Industrial Vehicles
- Familiarity with scales and weighing operations
- Experience gathering metrics, report preparation, and presenting to management
- Support for internal operational excellence projects
- Knowledge of ERP systems, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Teams

- Execute material dispensing, picking, staging, and delivery for manufacturing

Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED and 2 years work or military experience
- Associates degree and 6 months work or military experience
