Responsibilities
What You'll Do
- Evaluate, plan, and deliver individualized therapy programs.
- Support and guide Physical Therapist Assistants.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to achieve patient goals.
- Document progress and maintain productivity standards.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Hold (or are eligible for) an IL state PT license.
- Experience in rehab, long-term, or acute care is a plus - new grads welcome!
