Would You Be a Great Phlebotomist?

As a Phlebotomist, you will be at the forefront of plasma collection, performing procedures with safety, accuracy, and efficiency top of mind. Reporting to the Center Manager, you will be responsible for collecting plasma from donors with careful handling and precise documentation, always adhering to established protocols and safety standards. Along with your technical expertise, this role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills to provide donors with a positive and professional experience. What You'll Bring
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1+ year of phlebotomy experience, preferably in a plasma setting.
  • Proficient computer skills for data entry and electronic record management.
  • Strong attention to detail, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, adaptability, problem-solving abilities, composure under pressure, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Comfortable working around whole blood, blood plasma, and bio-waste.
